New Windows Operating System

At a time when the PC is playing a more important role in our lives, Windows 11 is designed to bring you closer to who you love.

Windows has always existed to be the stage for global innovation. It is the backbone of global companies and where conscientious startups have become a household name. The web was born and grew with Windows. Here most of us write our first email, play the first PC game and write the first line of code. Windows is a place where people go to create, connect, learn and achieve – a platform that is trusted by more than a billion people today.

The responsibility for design for many people is one we will never forget. The last 18 months have brought a remarkable change in the way we use our computers; we are moving from adapting the PC to our lives to trying to adapt the PC all our lives. Our tool is not just where we go to meetings, lessons and things, but where we go to play with friends, watch our favorite movies and maybe even more. meaningful, interconnected. We found ourselves recreating office jokes, gong conversations, exercises, happy hours and holiday celebrations – digital.

The strongest is the transition from the computer we see and feel – from something practical and useful to something personal and emotional. This is what inspires us to create the next generation of Windows. To build a familiar place where you can learn, play and, above all, connect in all new ways.

Today, We have humbled and excited to introduce you to Windows 11, the Windows that brings you closer to what you love.

Redesigned for productivity, creativity and ease!

We simplify design and user experience to increase your productivity and boost your creativity. It is modern, fresh, clean and beautiful. From the new Start button and taskbar to every sound, font and icon, everything is designed so that you have everything under control and bring peace and quiet. We’ve put the start in the middle and make it easy to find what you need right away. Start uses the power of the cloud and Microsoft 365 to view new files, no matter what platform or device you’ve viewed before, even if they’re on an Android or iOS device.

Windows is always available to help you create what you want by offering the flexibility of multiple windows and the ability to combine applications together. We’ve introduced Snap, Snap Group, and Desktop layouts in Windows 11 to provide a more powerful way to multitask and keep track of what you need to do. These are new features designed to help you arrange windows and optimize screen development so you can see what you need the way you want in a clean panorama layout. -aw. You can also create separate workspaces for each part of your life and customize them to your liking – imagine you have a desk for work, play or school.

Windows 11 cuts through complexity and brings you simplicity.

A faster way to connect to the people you care about

Another important part of getting closer to the person you love is getting closer to the people you love. Over the last 18 months, we have seen a new approach to digitally making meaningful connections with people. Even as we begin to return to more personal interaction, we want it to continue quickly so that people stay close to each other, wherever they are. And we don’t want the device or platform you’re driving on to be an obstacle.

With Windows 11, we’re excited to introduce Microsoft Teams Chat integrated into the taskbar. Now you can connect directly via text, chat, voice or video to all your personal contacts, anywhere, regardless of the platform or device they use, via Windows, Android or iOS. If the person you’re connecting to at the other end doesn’t download the Teams app, you can still connect with it via two-way SMS.

Windows 11 also gives you a more natural way to connect with friends and family through Teams, allowing you to instantly mute and unmute the sound or start presenting right from the taskbar.

Delivering the best PC gaming experiences yet

If you’re a gamer, Windows 11 is made for you. The game has always been the foundation of what Windows is. Today, hundreds of millions of people around the world play windows and find entertainment and connect with loved ones and friends through life by playing games. Windows 11 unlocks the full hardware potential of your system and gives you some of the latest gaming technology. Such as: DirectX 12 Ultimate, which enables beautiful, immersive graphics at high frame rates; DirectStorage for faster loading and more detailed game worlds; and Auto HDR for a wider and brighter color range for a truly immersive visual experience. Nothing has changed in our commitment to hardware compatibility – Windows 11 supports your favorite gaming accessories and PC peripherals. With an Xbox Game Pass subscription for PC or Ultimate, players get access to over 100 high-quality computer games, with new games constantly being added and just as easy. Find people who can play while playing on a PC or console.

A faster way to get the information you care about

Windows 11 brings you the news and information you’re interested in with Widgets, a new customized resource based on artificial intelligence and best-in-class browser performance in Microsoft Edge. Even though we are already maximally focused and creative, we still need breaks – a chance to explore the outside world or have a mental reset. Now we always pick up the phones to check for news, weather or announcements. You can now open the same composite view directly from the desktop. When you open your personalized resource, it slides across the screen like a glass page, so it doesn’t interfere with what you’re doing. Widgets also opens up new real estate content for creators and publishers to provide personalized content. Our ambition is to create a living channel for global markets and local creators in a way that benefits consumers and creators.

An all-new Microsoft Store where your favorite apps and entertainment come together

The new Microsoft Store is your trusted place for apps and content to browse, create, play, work, and learn. It is built for speed and has a new design that is beautiful and easy to use. Not only do we bring you more apps than ever before, but we also ensure that all content – apps, games, movies, movies – can be easily found and discovered through compound stories and collections. We are excited to welcome leading and third-party applications to the Microsoft Store, such as Microsoft Teams, Visual Studio, Disney +, Adobe Creative Cloud, Zoom and Canva – all offering unique gaming experiences, entertainment, inspiration and connectivity with you. When you download the app from the store, you can rest easy knowing that it tests family safety and security.

We are also excited to announce that we are bringing Android applications to Windows for the first time. Earlier this year, people will be able to discover Android apps on the Microsoft Store and download them via the Amazon Appstore – consider uploading and posting a TikTok or Khan Academy Kids video using virtual learning right from your PC. We will be able to share more of this experience in the coming months. We look forward to this partnership with Amazon and Intel with their Intel Bridge technology.

Creating a more open ecosystem unlocking new opportunity for developers and creators

We are taking steps to further open the Microsoft Store to open up more economic opportunities for manufacturers and developers. We enable developers and independent software vendors (ISVs) to run their applications, whether they are designed as Win32, Progressive Web App (PWA) or Universal Windows App (UWP), or any other application framework that creates the opportunity to reach out and interact with many people. We’ve also announced a progressive change to our revenue sharing policies that allow application developers to bring their own business into our business now and keep 100% of revenue – nothing Microsoft can earn. Application developers will still be able to take advantage of our 85/15 revenue share. We believe that creating a more open ecosystem will ultimately benefit our customers – and give them secure and seamless access to the applications, games, movies, movies, and web content they want and need.

Faster, more secure and familiar for IT

We stand by our promise that your applications will run on Windows 11 with App Assure, a service that helps customers with 150 or more users fix any application issues. with which they may encounter, at no additional cost.

Windows 11 is also secure by design, with new built-in security technologies that add chip protection to the cloud while enabling productivity and new experiences. We work closely with our OEMs and silicon partners to enhance security baselines to meet the needs of the evolving threat environment and the new hybrid world of work.

It’s a great time to buy a PC

From AMD and the incredible depth of graphics brought by Ryzen processors, to the incredible performance of 11th generation Intel and Evo processors, to Qualcomm AI expertise, 5G and Arm support, our silicon partners’ innovation combines the best of Windows 11 with the best. hardware ecosystem of the world.

And we’re working with Dell, HP, Lenovo, Samsung, Surface and more to make sure most computers * you buy today are ready for Windows 11 – for a variety of shapes and prices.
